No. Staging is designed to improve how a property presents to buyers; it is not a guarantee of a specific sale price, offer count, or time on market.
Do you work with occupied homes as well as vacant ones?
Yes. We support both occupied and vacant properties, with different approaches for each — see Occupied Staging and Vacant Staging for details.
Do I need to buy new furniture?
Not necessarily. Many occupied projects primarily edit and rearrange what you already own. Supplemental staging inventory may be recommended when appropriate.
